WTB: X201s or X200s with wxga+ lcd

I am looking for an X201S or perhaps an X200S with the wxga+ lcd screen. I would also entertain just the lid portion with the screen as I could transplant it into my current X201.
Located in BC, Canada but also have a US address for easy shipping from the US. Please PM with what you have and the asking price.
