FOUND: 600x with 800MHz+ CPU Upgrade

I Want To Buy a working 600x with a CPU faster than 650MHz (I know that there are stock 650MHz ones, I have one, and understand that some modified ones go up to something like 800MHz).
Anyone selling one?

Thanks to the awesome forum member ms5133 I've now got a fully functioning 600x running at 850MHz with 576MB of RAM = 600x maxed out = me happy!
