Just wanting to see if there's any interest...

I'm currently looking into selling my two 760XLs (plus some goodies). Both are completely functional units, with all hardware checks passing without issue.

#1 - Asking $40 OBO

• -64MB RAM
  -8x speed CD-ROM
  -2.1GB HDD
  -Li-Ion battery (45 minute runtime)
  -Windows 98SE

This one has a few deep scratches on the top lid and bottom, with a few of the edges missing small chunks of the rubber coating, but still has the "door" that covers up the rear ports. No major dents or scratches, at least. I'd conservatively rate it a 6.5 out of 10 cosmetically, and maybe would be worth refinishing. It's running a copy of Windows 98SE that I personally installed and configured. (And was quite a PITA to do so. Anyone who's worked with a 760 knows my pain. So many IRQ conflicts...)

#2 - Asking $30 OBO

• -32MB RAM
  -6x speed CD-ROM
  -Li-Ion battery (45 minute runtime)
  -1GB HDD

This one is marginally better than the other one cosmetically, but is missing the "door" for the rear ports. The screen shows artifacts and dead pixels, but is otherwise working. It was running Windows ME when I first got it, but I have wiped the drive since then. Kinda lost my patience with the 760s shortly after, so I never went back to install an OS on it. Boots into DOS from a floppy, though.

I also have extra AC adapters and spare parts from a third 760XL that met a horrible fate. Electronically, it was fine, but the shell was badly damaged, and the LCD screen horribly yellowed. That one ended up being my parts unit to repair the other two.

I still have the system board, along with all of the various cards that go along with it. (Video, sound, PC Card slots, etc.) There is also the LCD screen itself, and the keyboard. I'll sell the cards for $5 a piece, and everything else for $10 a piece.

I can also do $120 for the lot (plus shipping), but I'm willing to sell everything individually.
