FS: miscellaneous RAM
Just clearing out some things. I've had these for awhile and I have no need for them. Any interest from the forum? If there is enough interest I could see about taking them out to get tested before any transaction occurs.

Re: FS: miscellaneous RAM
It appears that it should work in the T43 --> http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Category:T43Easy Wind wrote:What era machine can use that PC2 4200 memory? Since its PC2 thinking T43/T60 era?
As for the T60 a cursory search brings these results... --> http://www.thinkwiki.org/wiki/Category:T60
where the site indicates that the T60 RAM is PC2-5300 however there are web searches which bring results such as:
http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/30266 ... c4200-4200
and on page 153 of the T60 HMM it lists PC2-4200 as being issued with a couple T60 models.
http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/docs/MIGR-62733
YMMV. I've had one or two experiences with RAM where one worked in one T400 but would not work in another. Not sure about the T61

T43 and T43p use DDR2 RAM, as do R51e and R52.waterloo wrote:T4x & t4(x)p can't use DDR2 ram.

Re: FS: miscellaneous RAM
Thanks for the clarification!
I guess if one wanted to up the RAM in their T43/p (or those R models), this is a wicked cheap price to do so!
I don't work on the R51e or R52 models ever and if I had a T43 to upgrade (which I don't at the moment) I'll probably put in PC2 5300 memory as that is readily available and for cheap (usually).
One thing to note about that T60/wiki page is the max supported RAM, in that they say "upgradable to 4 GB." We all know that to be untrue....
I think I'll hold off for now but good luck with your sale!
