WTB: FrankenPad or high spec'ed T61

Hi

I am looking for a clean, well maintained FrankenPad or high spec'ed T61 with the following attributes:

-T9500 or T9300
-Intel Graphics (no nVidia mobo please)
-Preferably 8GB RAM but 4GB RAM also welcome
-No HDD or SSD (to lower the price)
-NOS UXGA (if possible LED native) or NOS SXGA+
-Preferably like new keyboard and palmrest
-Tight hinges

If you have something along these lines I'd be glad to hear your offer.

T61 has either Intel, or nVidia NVS140M graphics
T61p comes only with nVidia FX570M graphics.
