As to this X230t I was wondering what type of LCD it has, so I took the liberty of looking up the specifications for this model (3435-22U), using the Product Specifications Reference
Lenovo ThinkPad Notebooks, 2013 to present - withdrawn, January 2015 - Version 466 and there it says:

Widescreen display: 12.5" HD Multi

MultiTouch: 12.5" (317.5 mm) HD (1366x768) TFT color, anti-glare, LED backlight, 300 nits, 16:9 aspect ratio, 500:1 contrast ratio, IPS, MultiTouch screen supports pen & five-finger gesture.

Lenovo's specifications for this laptop can be found in MTN lookup linked to in this post or via Lenovo's own model-lookup stating:

all of the X220/X230 tablets are IPS.   the major difference is whether they're multitouch or pen-only.   this one happens to be MT.
