WTB/LF: A22m W98 Recovery Media

The first ThinkPad I bought for myself (albeit not the first I had ever owned) was an A22m back in 2004. When that unit started acting weirdly I shelved it and bought a newer unit, but about a year ago I decided to try resuscitating it with a working parts machine I acquired only to find that it worked fine. So I have two of them now; my original one I set up to use as I used it before I retired it, however I've yet to determine what to do with the second - so it sits without a HDD or OS at the moment, awaiting new life.

After recently having success getting a set of recovery disks from Lenovo for my new-to-me T420, I had the idea that I could restore this unit to its factory state and use it as a "demo" machine to "reminisce" about how the ThinkPad of the early 2000s was originally shipped from the factory.

That brings me to this question - does anyone have a recovery disk set for the A22m (Windows 98)? It's a 2628-TSU they can either burn/send or host .isos of? Or even a hard disk image, made with Ghost or Acronis...

I'd post a WTB (want to buy) ad in the forum's Marketplace. Chances are that someone somewhere still has the media that you're looking for.

Ah yes... mods, please feel free to move this then to the marketplace. Not sure that I should be cross-posting. :)

I can provide Windows 98 for T20. You can probably use it for A22m, better than nothing, but you will need to fill gaps in drivers.

19K9271 is bootable disc 1

I'm definitely willing to give that a try. What's your preferred method of transfer, .iso or snail mail?
