Looking for ThinkPads that come with the first generation of intel core I processors. Am willing to pay up to 170 AUD$..

Hmm, don't think it's a 1st gen I processor, but I've got a T410 for sale in my local CL

It IS a 1st generation Core i CPU, just like in any other T410... :)

I know my asking price is more than you are willing so spend (not to mention shipping costs....), but are there any parts you don't' need? ie battery/AC charger etc? I do have other T410 machines for sale where the price may be closer to what you are willing to spend if you don't need certain parts etc.

Hi Easy Wind, Ill be willing to ditch the ac adapter, hdd and ram to bring the cost down.

@technowiz11: Just to prevent any confusion, you should quote your price in USD or AUD. At current market conversion rates, US$1 = AU$1.224.

Looks like $170 in AUD currency comes to about $140 in US currency. I have yet to but I'll look around for something in that range without the specified parts you mentioned (I have multiple T410 machines for sale)
