No dead pixels or wear. Been docked and I used them to update my virtual lab environment for my Vmware Esx Cluster and Hyper V. Worked great studying for my certifications. They perform well and have no issues, been rock solid stable with any OS or hypervisor running, no sudden shutdown issues etc. Has a little bit of wear on the touchpad.
I have references here in the fair traders thread.
You are also free to pick them up at my office and I will take off $40 if picked up. It comes with 2x4gb. I did buy a bunch of gskill and samsung low voltage 1.35 ram 1600mhz which works great in my w510/w520/w530/w540. If you need more ram maybe we can work something out, wife doesn't see why I bought so much ram. I bought a bunch of the ram because down the road they end up charging me an arm and a leg after ddr4 comes out.
