A fairly clean older machine that would make a fabulous Linux box or serve as an inexpensive backup laptop...fully tested against all usual bugs and passed with flying colours. The LCD is bright and crisp with no dead pixels, pressure marks, dark spots or hair particles. The system runs as it should in all respects.

known imperfections:

- normal wear and tear for a ThinkPad from this era
- small crack in the palmrest under the lower mouse keys
- a hairline crack in the bottom plastic base, does not affect the structural stability whatsoever but is present and should be mentioned as such.

Needless to say, I have just about all the parts imaginable required to upgrade this system to almost any set of specs. All you have to do is ask nicely and pay promptly...
