Ok, I have really struggled with selling this one...this somewhat hard to find T61p is in truly like new condition. Once I purchased it and made sure it had no issues, I set it aside for collection purposes. However, it really needs to be used and not just sitting around taking up space. So, it's going up for sale also.

Current configuration:
8889-Y11 MFG Date 07/10
Intel T7700 2.4GHz CPU----Can be upgraded to a T9300 or T9500 if desired
4GB RAM
320GB Hard Drive
14.1" SXGA+ 4:3 ratio LCD
Nvidia Quadro FX570M 128MB Graphics
DVD-RW drive
Bluetooth
Fingerprint reader
Intel 4965AGN WiFi
9 cell battery in Green
Middleton BIOS

Here are pictures: https://plus.google.com/photos/10418975 ... 6352527137

This 4:3 ratio T61p is truly in like-new condition. When i purchased it, the only issue were some scratches in the top cover. I purchased and installed a brand new original Lenovo lid cover months later, and it has been sitting in storage since. It looks absolutely perfect with no wear anywhere. The keyboard and palmrest look brand new with no shine or wear to be found. The keyboard is manufactured by NMB. I have thoroughly stress tested the GPU and have had no issues-it works perfectly. All other functions work perfectly with no issues.

Price with the current listed configuration is $250 shipped in the US. The following upgrades are available:

Upgrade to T9300 CPU: Add $25
Upgrade to T9500 CPU: Add $40

I will consider offers, however due to the condition of this T61p I am pretty firm on my prices.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Nice to see them as immaculate as this. I have a 15" T60 in similar condition, that's been used for maybe 2-3 hours. I keep it strictly for collecting. But as it's value lies in being literally unused, it's worthless for anything else. So I see your point. :|

Good luck with the sale! A nice E39 M5 in there. Couldn't avoid noticing it. :thumbs-UP:

Thank you! I sold the M5 a few years ago, but I still miss it at times...that S62 engine made serious power, and sounded great doing it!

Echoing the good taste sentiment, though I have to say I prefer the S38 for its glooooooooorious howl. Miss my E34... don't miss putting my Gucci-coverall-wearing mechanic's kids through college...

I once had a buddy drive it towards me at full chat on a deserted road, and the sound of it coming towards you is perhaps even more furious from the insane induction noise than the exhaust note when it's going away! What a beast.

Sorry for the thread crap and GLWS!
