LF: X201/X201i 2.53 GHz or higher, good condition case

It is too uneconomical now for me to fix my X61s after three broken keyboards and partially failed LED mod, so I'm looking to buy an X201 as a replacement. I'm not interested in X200/220/230 etc. My priorities are the following:
-Fully working motherboard with at least i5-540M
-Complete case and keyboard in good condition, no scratches, cracks, keyboard problems
-Fingerprint reader (would be nice)
I don't need any of these:
-Hard drive
-RAM
-Display assembly (optional)
-WLAN card
-WWAN card
-Battery
-Power adapter
-Windows COA
If interested, I have one 4GB and two 2GB PC2-6400 SODIMMs that I'd be willing to put up as part of a deal.
