WTB: 8gb (2x4gb) DDR2 PC2-5300 or PC2-6400 200 pin SODIMM for T61

Hello all. Looking to give my T61 all she's got. If anyone has 8gb (2x4gb) sticks of ddr2 5300 or 6400 they would like to part with I would be interested in what you would like for them. I'm trying to keep this old girl going for as long as I can (she runs like a champ). Paying retail for the memory is just not an option for me as I would rather use the money towards a new laptop if it came to that.
