WTB T43 xp pro oem disks or ISO's for (type 2669 ATI graphics)

I'm trying to set up my old laptop for a friend to use and would like to restore it to as new factory condition. I know it's a dinosaur that's no longer supported, and she tried it with Ubuntu, but she can't get used to linux.

So I'm looking to reinstall the original OS using the COA already on the laptop , all nice and legal. (I can install sp1, 2, and 3, plus any missing drivers later if necessary)

Can anyone help?

I've got some copies of the original T43 restore discs (Windows XP Professional SP2), I'd rather keep the discs for potential future use, so if you'd want me to rip them and upload them somewhere, PM me. Alternatively, I could sell you the discs but you'd need to offer a decent amount Cheers.
