Good Radeon 7500 GPU T41 14" Motherboard with 1600 MHz Banias CPU installed
14" XGA LCD with cable (working when removed, no way to test at the moment)

If I have any DDR SO-DIMMs in my stash, I'll include them as well. Either 256 or 128 MB chips.
