WTB: Sacrificial X61/s (any) for BIOS experiment *PIC*

For BIOS flashing experiment (see my thread in X61 forum, I did not succeed with tests of unbricking methods), which means it will might end up shot 5 minutes after I get it.
Knowing that, the only requirement is that it turns on and can get into the BIOS. I don't need RAM, HDD, power supplies and I don't care about the model or CPU as long as it's an X61/s; body damaged machines are also fine.
I can get ones off Ebay for around $30 in unknown condition, but I just wanted to check in over here in case someone had something expendable in known condition or interest in the project, and I tend to trust folks around here a touch more.
Thanks!

PS: This request might seem a little nuts, but it's the simplest and quickest (while also potentially the most wasteful) way of testing out the BIOS mod. PM for more info!

Admin edit: Added PIC warning.

I replaced the PXE boot option ROM with a JMICRON362 SATA controller ROM to see if I can boot from the mPCIe expansion card. The option ROM came from an Asus which has this chip integrated and can boot from it, so it sounds like there's a better chance of working than something like the Silicon Image chips, whose option ROMs seem to live on the cards themselves and provide only RAID support...
The fear I have is is that the modified BIOS file turned out smaller than Middleton's original one so I'm not sure what flashing it will do.

PS, I'm new to BIOS modding and kind of just want to see what happens. I don't fully understand how option ROMs work :D
