For my 600, I need either 166, 200 or 233mhz mobile pentium mmx MMC-1 module please, do not wish a PII.

For R60, need 14.1" x1400 ATI motherboard and heatsink clamp p/n:
42W3986.

For T60, wanted an 14.1" x1400 ATI motherboard.

AFAIK T60 and R60, whether 14.1" 4:3 or 15" 4:3, can all use the same motherboards.
Only difference: some R60 have an extra 1394/Firewire port, which T60 does not have.

I will check my parts pile. Think I have a P233 MMC-I cpu down in the basement.

I have a T60 board with x1400 for $39. It will fit either 14.1 or 15". I also have a 15.4" lenovo refurbished board I can offer you for the same price. I think I have a few of each available and shipping is a flat $15 for as many as you want to any usa address.

I do believe they will fit some R60 models, but the R series can be tricky since there are some unusual options as rbs pointed out.

ps. Sadly I recently trashed about a dozen working motherboards with Pmmc and P2 cpu cards. I think I pulled one cpu card before they went to the curb but I'm pretty certain it's a P2, so probably won't help you. I think they were mostly model 390, or 390x, so I'm also not sure they are are compatible with the 600 series.

FYI: motherboards are the same for both 14" and 15" T60/p models.

I have one of these if you are still looking. It was a Lenovo warranty replacement part that was never used. I believe it has the 64MB graphics chip in it
