I think shipping to CZE is about $50-65, need to confirm tomorrow with post office

The cheapest way I've found is USPS Priority Mail International® Medium Flat Rate Box, which is $66.25 to Czech Republic, expected delivery 6-10 business days.
I'll declare the item value lower and as a gift but I can't promise there won't be import tax.
