i5-4460T for upgrading ThinkCentre Tiny or other

This is a special low TDP (35W) Haswell Quad Core desktop processor. Common PCs using it are all super tiny like the Alienware Alpha, Dell 3020/9020, Lenovo M93p,83,73 etc...
The CPU is a pull from an Alienware Alpha but guaranteed working and was tested in an M93p Tiny.
This seems to sell in similar condition on eBay for about 200 so I'm looking for 145USD and 5USD for shipping
I'm in NYC if someone wants to pick up and pay cash (I'd lower the price slightly and obviously not charge shipping).
