T410: Need heatsink bracket clamp for nvidia motherboard

Got a T410. Problem is this is a intel video integrated computer I could not find little part on ebay is video bracket for nvidia motherboard. This is called out "e:" in miscellaneous parts in HMM; p/n FRU: 60Y5458. (future plan is swap integrated for nvidia motherboards).

PS: Do not suggest a sites where I can get 60Y5458 if they only accept credit card, which I cannot provide. All I have is paypal. Also many sites except one at 29.00 (no paypal) lists price of $47 which is exactly that much from lenovo parts dept too.
Also, amazon; (yes there is one that sells FRU: 60Y5458 for 47), does not take paypal which is huge shame on amazon.
