I have a T20/T23 that has a cracked screen and doesn't power-on. I've taken it apart and all of the parts are available for someone who wants them.
The LCD bezel is broken in two places, the LCD is cracked, the lid is punctured, the motherboard doesn't power on. Here's what I do have:
T20 base (2647-46U), punctured lid w broken LCD (no wifi), 2x 128MB memory (PC133), keyboard, palmrest/bezel, all other misc. parts and screws, battery (holds a charge though I don't know how much), CPU fan. No optical drive, no AC brick.
Shipping in the USA will be $12 .. outside the USA, I don't know (ask me to check it out if you're interested).

Updated the info .. Not sure if it's a T20 or T23 motherboard/base. The LCD came from a T23 system - no wifi.
Memory is 2x 128MB PC-133 memory.

2647-46U does appear to be a T20, based upon the lookup at sm.kelay.de. You can tell the difference between a T20-T22 base and the T23 by looking at the MiniPCI cover (i.e., the cover that's NOT the one for the memory bay). The T20-T22 is squarish and has the model type bar code label underneath (towards the front of the laptop). The MiniPCI cover on the T23 is rectangular and the model type bar code label is off to the side, under the larger IBM label. As for the motherboard, the T20-T22 does NOT have the small ethernet daughter card next to the MiniPCI socket, whereas the T23 does.

And here's a T23: http://www.ebay.com/itm/121733006479 The sixth photo shows the MiniPCI cover. You can also tell that this T23 had built-in wireless as there's a "vertical" MAC address label on the large IBM label. Of course the lid assembly could have been changed out but photo #5 shows it hasn't.

The most decisive difference between T20/T21/T22 and T23 is:
T20/T21/T22 have only 1 USB port
T23 has 2 USB ports

Thanks RealBlackStuff and rkawakami .. T20 .. only one USB port. Not much interest in old parts here on the forum.

I have interest in old parts, but have plenty of working T2x's at the moment so don't need the parts.
