Cosmetic condition doesn't matter, but I want an original ultrabay SATA adapter from lenovo.
Willing to pay up to $40 (depending on the cosmetic condition) + shipping for one

T400 caddy cover is same one for R400 as well.

I think T400 is 9.5mm but R400 is 12.5mm right?

Yes, the R series is ultrabay enhanced and the T series is ultrabay slim. You can use the ultrabay slim parts in the thicker "enhanced" drive bay but it will have a gap.
