I have a T400s that has a fan error during startup. It was initially my work laptop. Daughter used it briefly.

Product ID is 2808-C4U. 2GB of memory. No hard drive. No ac adapter. Fingerprint reader. No webcam. Ran fine before fan error.

The Goods

- Battery is bought less than a year ago. So, should still provide reasonable life.
- Screen has NO dead pixels.
- Before fan error, ran fine.
- Drive cover is included.
- Fingerprint reader.
- 2GB memory is single chip. One slot still free.
- All other parts (other than the bad) should be in good condition.
- Hinges are good & relatively tight (less than 1/8" of play)

The Bads

- No power adapter.
- No hard drive. Drive cover is there.
- Windows key broke off (however, parts of the key are there if you know how to put it back on. Sorry, I don't know how.)
- Palm rest has the signature crack on the left that stay the same forever.
- The right side of the palm rest have a tiny part chipped off.

Nonetheless, I am selling it as a parts machine. As is. However, I am not parting out. Selling it as whole.
