FS: T42p 14" FrankenPad - Needs work
Posted: Thu Sep 03, 2015 11:32 pm
This is my most precious ThinkPad that I have.
I've upgraded it to the following spec:
I'm currently running LM17.2 on it, and it's rather nice, I must say!
Just as luck would have it, the left hinge broke as I finished writing this post... As I have a spare monitor unit with the hinge, I can exchange it at an additional cost, but I assume anybody interested in buying T42p at this point knows how to fix these sorts of problem.
I'm asking $160+shipping at the moment - I'm only trying to get what I have invested in the project out.
Please do not hesitate making an offer if you think the price is not reasonable.
Please let me know if you are interested!
