Being the idiot I am, I accidentally burned a hole through the palmrest of my daily driver T520. Long story short, I was in the middle of soldering some wire and wasn't paying attention to where the tip was when I set it down. Not only did I ruin my soldering tip, there's now a very noticeable burn mark on my ThinkPad. Go ahead, laugh.

The FRU for the palmrest I have currently is "04W1369", but any of the variants would suffice as long as they have the fingerprint reader. New or gently used, please.

My budget is around $20-$50, but I'm willing to work out a trade. I have tons of PC parts laying around, both laptop and desktop.

I can get you a used genuine battery for a T520 - I assume it's the same part as the T410/T420 - in either 9 cell or 6 cell flavor, with at least 80% of the original new capacity. Let me know.

Just purchased a battery from a forum member. Still looking for a replacement palmrest.

I have palmrests (NEW) for the T420 and T430 model. Not sure if they would also work in the T520, but FRU numbers are:

T420 (no Fingerprint) = 04W1372
T430 (no Fingerprint) = 04W3692
