And it has been upgraded with an even more sought-after Sharp WUXGA screen!

I have cleaned the fan and refreshed the thermal paste with AS5.
The BIOS has been updated with Slic2.1 and has its wifi Whitelist removed.
Overall, this machine is in very good condition.
There is almost no shine on the keyboard.

That sounds like a great machine at a good price.

My T500 has all of the above except the upgraded monitor, plus the WAN and Verizon Broadband communication features.

This is a CTO machine, and like ordering a new car at the dealership, this person that owned mine went for the moon.

To celebrate the "heatwave" in PA (today 62F and on Sunday over 64F), I've added a HD and a battery.
It's a small one (Hitachi 80GB/5400) with W7 Pro, activated, and the Recovery partition is intact.
The battery is a 6-cell in green, at ~55%.

And best of all, I've left the price unchanged: still .... shipped! (CONUS only).
