SOLD: a clean T440s w/warranty

I got a T440s purchased last year by a friend of mine. He went with a Mac recently. The machine is in great shape and has the following basic spec:

1. Intel i5-4300 2.5GHz processor
2. 12GB RAM (4+8)
3. 500GB hard disk + 16GB SSD
4. original battery + Lenovo charger
5. Windows 8

I restored W8 from factory partition so it's clean. The system is in great condition, I would say 9.8/10 (just to be safe) and runs just fine. Can provide pics if need be. Best part - it still has warranty until 5/24/2017 so there is plenty left.

I'd like to get $525 shipped in USA. Local pickup in San Francisco is available as well.
