FS: Genuine BOE Hydis HV150UX1-101 - 15.0" 4:3 UXGA IPS LCD - Unused/NEW
Was bought as a spare in April 2011 from CGSP Technology Corporation, Taiwan and carefully stored
Although this is the HV150UX1-101 version, the on board EDID chip supports ThinkPads, this was confirmed by CGSP Technology Corporation before purchase
Tested and confirmed fully operational on my T60F FrankenPad - Has no pressure marks, back light bleed, dead/stuck pixels etc - bright and clear
Note also that the backlight pink & black wires are longer than the original HV150UX1-100 (FRU: 13N7076) version found on the T60p's
Pix link: https://www.flickr.com/gp/133750324@N06/838eu3
Can be used as a direct replacement for a worn out 15.0" 4:3 XGA/SXGA+/UXGA LCD panel as found in the T60's, R60's, R61 (4:3 versions) and FrankenPad projects etc
Asking £95 GBP
Paypal OK - but request payment via "Send money to friends and family" option please
