WTB: Thinkpad Mini-Dock or Port Replicator II for a T40p

I am looking for refurb or used sources first before I consider buying a new unit.

Mini-Dock preferred, but either is fine. I want one for the DVI.

Anyone have a spare want to sell?
Any reputable online sources (including Ebay sellers) you recomend?

And of course I would get one from Bill if he has a used one for sale.
