SOLD

This is a fully working X22 (26629eu) that has a few cosmetic damages that doesn't really affect the overall function. I think this machine is suited for someone who either (A) has a really nice THinkpad, but needs something cheap and rugged for outdoors etc. (B) Has a dead X22/x23/x24/ or (C) has a X20/x21 and wants to upgrade or (D) Need something cheap for an S30/S31 mod.

Flaws:
- 1 stuck pixel (light blue) It only shows up on dark backgrounds. On other color backgrounds, you can't see it. Otherwise, the LCD is in excellent shape. Very bright. No scratches nor dents nor scuff marks on the screen. SEE PICS

- Missing dock port door

- Missing Campactflash slot ejector button.

- Rear LCD cover has a patch that's pretty scratched up. SEE PICS. THere must have been a sticker on it previously, and someone probably tried to remove it with a putty knife.

- Keyboard works fine, but you can tell someone must have typed a lot on stuff on this computer.

Specs of the X22:

2662-9eu
P3 800 Mhz 133mhz bus
Integrated 802.11b wireless
256MB (128MB onboard and 128mb in the slot)
20GB HD
XP pro installed with XP PRO COA on the back of the machine.
3.7lbs

Included in this package:

-X22
-AC adapter and power cord
-(2) batteries --- with wireless on, one battery gets ~30 mins, the other gets ~1:30
-Copies of IBM X22 recovery CD (2 discs)
-THinkpad Dock 02k8668
-1 External USB 2.0 2.5" HD enclosure. Converts any 2.5" 9mm notebook hard drive into a bus-powered USB 2.0 external hard drive. It will work with the one inside the X22.
-I also might have a few Apple stickers for you to cover up that patch. They came with my powerbook.

First person to offer me $250 paypal gets it.

If you want to refurbish it to new condition, you need to buy:

LCD rear cover
Base plate
Keyboard.

If you shop around, you could get all the parts for ~$150. So $400 for a like-new X22 isn't too shabby.

I seriously contemplated on repainting the cover to piano-black finish like the S30/s31. But I just don''t have the time nor access to those painting tools.
