Looking For: Vintage Thinkpad(s)

Looking to buy an older Thinkpad to use 3.1 on. I'm aiming to get one of the more exotic models, so higher end specs are appreciated. Particularly interested in a subnotebook sized model (PC110), a 701 series (with butterfly keyboard), POWER series, tablet folder, etc. The "weirder" the better! My 340 simply isn't interesting enough to keep with my space so limited. I'm not too interested in any models with a processor newer than Pentium.
