I have cleaned the fan and refreshed the thermal paste with AS5.
The BIOS has been updated with Middleton's BIOS (Slic2.1 installed, wifi Whitelist removed).
There is a light, vertical scratch on the screen, about 1/3" from the RH side.
It's about 3" long, which sounds worse than it is, but it hardly interferes with normal operations.
I'll try to put up pictures next.
There is almost no shine on the keyboard.
Almost forgot to mention: the slider to remove the battery is missing from the battery, but with a small screwdriver it's easy enough.
And a small piece is broken off the palmrest on the left (out)side, not interfering at all.
Otherwise this machine is in rather good condition.
