I'm selling two sticks of PC100 128MB low-density RAM pulled from my T22 (I upgraded to 2 256MB sticks). One stick is Infineon, the other is Samsung. Both have an IBM sticker, FRU 20L0265.

Each $27.25 shipped anywhere in U.S., or both for $50 shipped. Paypal OK.

Where did you get your 256k sticks and how much??

On ebay, around $50 each (ouch!) from different buyers. I looked for compatible FRU numbers in auction or for presence of an IBM sticker in the photo (and made sure they were PC100).
