Up for sale is a LenovoThinkpad T61 model 8897-02U
Intel T7300 core 2 duo @ 2 GHz CPU with Intel graphics
Middleton BIOS installed (version without switch of CTRL and FN keys) BIOS version 2.29 (7LETC9WW / 2011-03-18 / 1.08
4 GB memory
250 GB 7200 rpm WesternDigital SATA hard drive plus additional 100 GB PATA drive in ultrabay hard drive caddy
1400 x 1050 pixel display (upgrade from original 1024 x 768 display), No dead pixels that i can spot. There is a small scratch on the glass in the upper right hand corner of the display but this is not noticeable under normal conditions of use.
Operation Systems: dual boot 32 bit Windows XP and 64 bit XUbuntu linux 14.04. There is a Microsoft COA but the name of the relevant OS has completely worn off.
DVD Multi reader / Burner
Fingerprint reader on palmrest. (I have no idea if this actually works - I've never tried to use it.)
Intel wireless N wifi card
AC Adapter power supply + 9 cell 3rd party battery (holds 1 to 2 hour charge)
Complete set of Recovery Disks if you ever want to install Windows XP from scratch (ugh!)
I would say basic condition is 'good'.
