Wanted: ThinkPad W701ds

Dear all,
I, totally by pure concidence, came across a review about a computer on YouTube that I've been LITERALLY dreaming about for years (could never even in my wildest fantasies imagine that it actually existed). It's the most complete, unique and the first dual-screen laptop that has ever been released. I'm wondering if there's still any chance on earth that I could place my finger on one of these. It doesn't matter if it's second-hand, apparently once upon a time the starting price was above 7000€.
I'm talking the Lenovo W701DS.
I'm absolutely not an experinced online buyer, I'm only familiar with eBay, DHgate and Alibaba when I'm unable to find the product that I'm seeking for within my country.
I'm more than grateful for any suggestions, proposals, offers, anything!
