WTB: cheap wifi card suitable for a T410s, other parts

Hi!
I've got a used T410s which is lacking several parts but the one I'm most clueless about is the wifi card. Since I'm not even sure the laptop is wired properly I'd prefer to buy something I know for sure works to avoid having to swap cards to troubleshoot any issue (I've got another T410s with working wifi).
I'd prefer to buy from a reputable forum member but if you have advice as to what to buy on eBay, I'll gladly take it.
And if you happen to have a nice 1.8'' SSD that's looking for a new home (or an mSATA adapter that would fit a T410s well), let me know.
I could also use a drive cover (yes, that tiny part), anything to put in the Ultrabay (including a blank), an ExpressCard blank or some RAM but I can get this low-priority stuff elsewhere so unless you happen to be local, it'd only be worth adding to a shipment if you want to sell me a good wifi card, SSD or adapter.
By the way... as I recently stumbled on a used T60 with a display in pretty good condition, I'm also looking for some potentially more expensive Thinkpad gear that might make it worth your while to ship me a cheap T410s part: a suitable fan assembly in very good condition (I want the noise to be tolerable for as long as possible), one of the nicer compatible CPUs (such as a T7200), a wifi upgrade and one or two 2G DDR2 SO-DIMM(s).
I live in Switzerland (Europe) and IIRC I've bought stuff from three forum members in the past.
