FOUND!: 2x4GB DDR2 laptop RAM

I'm intent on maxing out the RAM in the R61FL that graces my signature, and would rather spend the money here than someplace else.
While I'd prefer to buy a set I'm open to single DIMM offerings as well, be it PC2-5300 (667 MHz) or PC2-6400 (800MHz). Looking for name-brand offerings only - Elpida with heatsinks preferred - but will gladly purchase Axiom, GSkill, Hynix, Micron, Mushkin, Samsung...you get the idea.

laptop ram with heatsinks? Never heard or seen anything like that (desktop RAM yes).......
Would love to help out but I got nothing for PC2 4gig chips. Looks like the cheapest for singles on ebay are starting out little over $40, kinda spendy!

Elpida is the only one with heatsinks that I'm aware of, take a look here:

I have 8GB of PC6400 in my Precision M4400 that I might be willing to part with if the price is right. Read as: Pretty dang close to retail, but if you can't find anything....beggars choosers and all that jazz.
