X201s motherboard and media card (for upgrading X200s to X201s)

The ThinkPad X200s is easy to find; The X201s is hard to find. With the help of many helpful people on this forum, I've successfully upgraded two X200s models to be functionally identical to the X201s by swapping out the motherboard and the media card.
I have an X201s motherboard and media card (still sealed in their plastic wrappers) that I don't need, and I'd like to offer them to a forum member for a lot less than I paid for them.
The system board is FRU 63Y21172, bought here:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-Lenovo-X201 ... SwiLdV76zV
And the media card is 60Y5407.
Both are still sealed in their plastic bags, but I've opened the boxes to make sure they're real, and I've put the media card in the same box with the system board.
Total current price on eBay: about $200.
For a forum member here, shipped UPS ground in the continental US: $120.
If you don't know how to make the swap, there are illustrated guides out there that explain it.
Warning: if you want to use the fingerprint reader, you'll need to buy an X201/X201s palm rest; the fingerprint reader in the X200/X200s series uses a different connector to the motherboard.
Also, in order to start up the machine without an error, you'll need to use the Hardware Maintenance Diskette (available if you know where to look) to type in new serial numbers (which you can invent).
Probably you should buy these items only if you know what to do with them, but I figured it all out by reading the forum, and if I can do it, anyone can do it.
Remember: this kit is for upgrading an X200s to an X201s. Don't even think of using it with a basic X200.
EDIT: I also have the X200s that I was planning to upgrade to an X201s; slightly scuffed from normal use, but otherwise in good shape. If you're interested in combining this with the two boards listed above, let me know and I'll sort out the details of condition, etc.
