I want to purchase Lenovo T450s , the problem that Lenovo doesn't provide worldwide shipping.
Any help or suggestion?

Start looking for your local Lenovo/IBM/Thinkpad support, they should have one in almost everywhere around the world, I know they have one in Egypt for example.

You might find also they can pre-order the thinkpad you want via specific retailers, although it could take few weeks for your thinkpad to arrive.

If nothing in the above works, consider using this service:

And try to get one with international warranty (I am not totally sure how international warranty would work in this case).
