SOLD ThinkPad T420 "Ugly Duckling" barebone laptop $75 shipped

I got this T420 to refurbish, but I will let someone else have the opportunity. It has some cosmetic and chassis issues, but works perfectly electrically.

As mentioned, everything electrically works just fine. The HD screen is nice and bright, but has some marks from the keyboard as shown in the pictures. The bottom left corner of the chassis was cracked, but I did repair it with plastic glue and it seems to be holding just fine. The spring on the palmrest that pulls the latches in place doesn't work, as the post it attaches to was damaged. I tried gluing it back without success. The lid will latch as long as you manually operate the latch into the closed position.
The plastic over the left heatsink is missing, and the fins on the heatsink in that area were bent. I bent them out the best I could. The screen lid has multiple scuffs and corner wear. They keyboard works fine but shows extra shine than most.
The best thing is the 9 cell battery, as it holds a full charge and is in great condition. I would normally keep it for another T420, but I will let it go with this one.
