WTB[USA] : T440S or T450S IPS

Hi Folks -
Looking for one of the above: T440S in i5-4300U or i7, i7 preferred (but not necc.) in T450S.
IPS screen, good battery, and under warranty a must.
Also have a very well running 14" 4:3 T61p w/4GB and SSD for barter.
