I have one stick of 256MB Pc2700 that was pulled from my T30. It has the "IBM Approved" Sticker on it
$30 shipped

I also want to buy the keyboard bezel from a t21/t22. Mine is cracked and the keyboard pops up... very annoying.

I can help with the bezel, I have a couple of them maybe 3 in good to very good condition available.

Perhaps we can work something out involving the RAM- PM me if interested.
