I have the following from an X200, all used, all worked when I disassembled the ThinkPad. Everything goes in one package.
2 x 2GB Lenovo 55Y3713 Hynix 4GB PC3-8500S DDR3 1066 SODIMM
Keyboard, VG condition, no faded keys
Intel Wifi Link 5100 with screws
OEM (Genuine) Battery FRU 42T4694 9 Cell Sanyo, it works but I have no way to determine details on condition. It will hold a charge.

I also have the carcass of the X200, all of the plastics plus system board and LCD are broken. I will throw that in if you might need additional parts from it, e.g. fan, etc. Type is 7454-95U

Someone with an X200/X201 must need some parts! Just the two batteries and extra keyboard are a good deal to have as spares. Make me an offer.

I return from travel one week from today. Sad to say but these X200/201 parts will end up in the trash on 6/3 if no one speaks up by then.
