WTB: X61 mobo w/ T9300 or T8300

Hi folks!

I'm looking for a mobo for X61 with T9300 or T8300 CPU. The first one is preferable.
In addition it should have a slot for a SIM card. And, of course, it has to be fully operational.

I tried to find it, but no success.
Therefore, if someone knows a place where one can order it, I'll be grateful for the information.

I thought I could help you, but it turns out I have an x61s that I'm about to put up for sale (years ago the screen got damaged, and I replaced it with the screen from an X61, however for some reason I thought it was the other way around, D'oh! I didn't realize my mistake until I checked the processor, and it wan't the model for the x61
