HUGE RARE VINTAGE LAPTOP COLLECTION, MOSTLY THINKPADS

Hello everyone!
I regret to inform you that I am forced to sell my entire collection...

This is due to my upcoming surgery and as much as I love every single unit and/or part in it, reality is pretty harsh and I really have no other choice because these are most valuable items I have right now... So I prefer to sell it to forum member or members rather than go to ebay. This way I will know where they are and that thay are in good and loving hands. Many of the laptops, tablets and portables here are extremely rare and next to impossible to find. About 15-20% are listed in my signature below. I will be constantly updating this post and include as many units as I can muster because right now can not walk and once I get a little better will start making a comprehensive list of items. Because of the forum rules, I have to post some kind of asking price, so for now I will put it for the whole collection at $47 000. This is just a fraction of money I've spent on it over the years of collecting. But this is how much I need to stay alive today. This price does not include shipping cost as we are talking over 400-500 pounds of stuff including packing materials, boxes, batteries, Pelican cases, docking stations, manuals, software and power adapters. However, in case one person buys it, I will personally hire a van or truck and deliver everything anywhere in the continental USA for free. Please, let me know your thoughts about this and I will do my best to accommodate every single PM or question and transaction. I am willing to sell them one by one as well, but in this case you have to pay actual shipping and insurance costs and yes, I will ship internationally.
Some of the rarest and precious gems included in this collection are (

In a motion picture with hormonal teens and potential world destruction?
As others, I wish the OP well with the surgery. I always joke that I would be buried with my TPs, but real life is serious.

Could you let me know your price for the W520?
W520 (QM 2720, 2000M, FHD IPS, 32Gigs, 20Gb Intel SLC Msata SSD, 180 GB Intel MLC SSD, 750 Gb Hybrid, all never used)
Also, you list it as an IPS screen, but I thought the FHD screens on these were not IPS, can you confirm?

I'm interested in a working IBM A30, A31, or A31p. Over 60 GB hard drive would be nice as well as 1 GB of ram, but anything that works and doesn't look like it was pulled by a truck down a gravel road I would be interested in. With PS and battery too.
This is for nostalgia only and will not be a system I do any serious work with. It does have to work though.
Good luck with your surgery. Have you had it yet?

I am sorry to hear about your illness. and I most sorry to hear about the crappy healtcare system US has. Person pays taxes and needs to sell his collection to to stay alive? And medicine is just huge business. Republicans can mock the nordic countries for all they like but at least there's some human dignity left and you don't go bankrupt in case you need some surgery.
Sorry for OT.

Yeah, of course. This is the argument and it is totally wrong
Obviousy you are not familiar AT ALL and while it is ok to be proud of your country, this is really the big shame of USA. I have been in USA many times and know personally quite a bit of people here and have few good friends and I can say that I know thing or two about the situation.
Sadly in the WHO lists US is amongst the last ones regarding peoples health. I don't want to start a war here but for any person with some common sense left OP situation is just so bad. Sadly many people clap along with the stupid healt system that gives big riches to medical businessmen in cost of peoples health.
You can reas Forbes to educate yourself a bit meanwhile:

this post.
Best wishes,
