I'm trying to raise some money for a trip I plan on taking soon and decided to sell my T60p...
This is the 15" non-widescreen model I believe. It's model number is type 2007-C59 which would indicate that it's non-widescreen, and the resolution is UXGA in Windows 7 so I'm assuming it's non-widescreen.
It has a UXGA screen (1600 x 1200 resolution)
It has the original Core Duo T2600 CPU @ 2.16 GHz
It has ATI Fire GL V5200
2 GB (2 x 1 GB) DDR2 RAM
80 GB (5400 rpm? I believe) HDD
DVD-ROM/CD-RW Ultrabay Drive
9 - cell Lenovo battery
It doesn't have bluetooth (but it can be installed) Ooops.... It does have bluetooth installed!
Has SLIC 2.1 updated BIOS
It has 32 bit Windows 7 Professional installed, with a somewhat faded XP Pro C.O.A.
Wireless G Intel 3945 WiFi card
Office 2003 is installed.
Acrobat X Pro is installed.
The condition is good but the top rubberized lid has the standard scratches, scuffs, and spots from use.
The battery has an issue, the sliding latch button has fallen out. The spring is still inside and by using it the battery can be removed. I have a non-working OEM 6 - cell battery that has a "donor" switch that I may be able to use to put into this one, or I can just include it if I can't do it myself. The 9 cell battery is in good condition and holds about 2 or more hours of charge. The IBM Thinkpad Logo on the lid and palmrest have been removed.
The HDD is working but it's old and ideally should be replaced by a 7200 rpm hdd or SSD.
The original OEM AC adapter is in great condition.
I can also include the T60 Vista Business recovery .iso files made from OEM Vista Recovery CDs that could be burned and used to restore this to factory condition. I can do the same for the XP recovery .iso images.
This laptop can be used as is, or upgraded (i.e. CPU, RAM, HDD, DVD-RW, WiFi card etc), or it would probably make a great Frankenpad
I'm asking 110 USD plus shipping. Shipping around the Toronto/Ottawa region would be around 10 USD, to the rest of Canada probably around 15 USD. To the US the shipping would be quite a bit more like 23 USD to 27 USD depending on location, but in all cases you'd get tracking. I'd have to check for the exact shipping cost though. Shipping is only to Canada and USA.
I could take PayPal with the family and friends option, otherwise add about 5 USD to the total. Trying to see if there is any interest here before going to eBay, or another site. I don't provide any warranty on this but it'll be as described.
Edit: sold for higher elsewhere
