WTB DDR2 2gb modules

I have a couple of x61's to restore, looking to get some 2gb modules to combine with the 1gb's i have to get 3gb in these machines. Thank You

There are cheaper second handed ones on kijiji (if available on your region) and they work pretty good. The only reason they are cheap is because they simply lie in their houses as junk

Thank you for the suggestion, i actually did try craigslist but only found desktop modules...

I've got a handful I salvaged to use in the T61s I've been refurb'ing, and might be willing to part with a pair...

I have a 2GB module that originally game from my T400 when I bought it from Lenovo years ago. I think it's a higher specc'd RAM chip (PC3-8500), but if it works, I'll gladly part with it.

DDR3/PC3 won't work in DDR2/PC2 machines.

Each generation of DDR has a different slot. If mismatched it wont insert at all
