Four dead 2GB DDR2 modules. $5 shipped for all.

Each were tested in an X61 and R61e, both running middleton bios, and caused the machines to fail to boot and cause beep error codes. The beep codes were not consistent across each model. I did not note what they were, and for $5 shipped i'm not going to try them again 
This deal is only for crazy people who want to try and repair them!
They don't work in my thinkpads as is!
Note: One worked in an old Acer netbook. However, doesn't work in my Thinkpads, so it's worthless to me...
