I'm downsizing all of my Thinkpad collection here, and I have a very nice 600X available, as well as a number of other parts and accessories as a whole package:

600X Type 2645-4EU S/N 78-HLTG2, 500MHz PIII, 576MB RAM, Toshiba 40GB HD with WinXP SP3, Panasonic CW-8124B CD-RW/DVD-ROM slot-load drive, Intel PRO/100 CardBus II, New CMOS battery, New LCD panel, New NMB (Thailand) keyboard, New top cover (over keyboard), with 02K6665 AC adapter. I would rate the physical condition as a 8.5 to 9. The 600X works fine.
