Just finished upgrading a few machines and these parts are now available:

T440P Keyboard FRU 04X0264 0C44074 MODEL CS13T (84US).
F1 key is a bit louder /lower than rest otherwise works fine $20
T440P touchpad (no buttons), some wear signs $10
T440P 14.0" LCD WXGA HD Screen FRU 04X0390 (AUO B140XTN03.3) $40
T420 memory: A set of two 4G DDR3 PC3-10600 4GB sticks $40
Matching specs but different manufacturers.
One is original Lenovo FRU 55Y3717 made by Hynix P/N HMT351S6CFR8C-H9
Second one was added as an upgrade, and is a Crucial MT16JTF51264HZ-1G4M1 PC3-10600S-9-11-FP
